Stormbreaker SMS Program Terms

Program name: Stormbreaker missed-call text-back

Sender: Stormbreaker, or the trade business you called that uses Stormbreaker.

How you opt in

• By calling: if you call and we miss your call, you get one text about that call. More texts come only if you reply.
• By web form: you may also opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Stormbreaker booking or contact form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What the texts are

• A reply about your missed call or request.
• Questions about the job: type of work, address, and timing.
• Appointment times, booking, and confirmations.
• Appointment reminders.
• A link to upload photos or video of the job.

No marketing or promotional texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as replying "quit," "end," "cancel," or "unsubscribe," or by emailing [email protected]. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages. We honor opt-out requests as soon as practicable and within ten (10) business days.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy at www.stormbreaker.solutions/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
